A. First of all I have to wonder.....WHY? I assume that you are not considering gender re-assignment surgery. Otherwise it would be a moot point as the urethra is re-located during that procedure. I can't imagine how inconvenient(?) it would be to have an otherwise functioning penis, but to urinate from a location somewhere betweeen the base of the penis and the scrotum. Sounds messy to me and possibly a source of irritation. But more to the point a good urologist should be better able to answer your question. You should be able to find one easily in your local yellow pages.
