A. What you ask about is called "tucking". The basic method is to carefully push your testicles and scrotum inside. Then pull your penis back between your legs and hold it in place with a pair of snug (or control) panties. There are also garments called "gaffs" that will help hold everything "out of sight". A good deal of how much success you have has to do with how well-endowed you may be. Everyone has their own method. Practice and experimentation will help you find yours.
